Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities. This is a vital role in our organization, as you will play a key part in maintaining the safety, efficiency, and functionality of our equipment and infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to:

- Perform electrical repairs, paint, lay vinyl flooring, tile work, install baseboards and trim and anything else needed to renovate apartments when vacated.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment necessary for maintenance tasks
- Collaborate with Executive Director to ensure efficient operation of facilities
- Provide exceptional customer service when completing resident maintenance request tickets.

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of facilities maintenance principles and practices
- Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics and technical manuals
- Experience with electrical repairs and installations
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Leadership abilities to coordinate maintenance activities with other team members
